11 Plus Revision Course

The 11 Plus revision course has been designed to help parents who want to give their children a boost before their 11 Plus Exam.

 

It is suitable for any Exam that includes a mix of:

• English.
• Maths.
• Verbal Reasoning.
• Some practice work on Non-Verbal reasoning can also be built in.

The course is designed to be a fairly intensive 4 week exercise. It will require roughly an hour each weekday evening to complete. Many Parents decide to do it over a longer more relaxed timeframe to ensure children are not overworked prior to the exam.

The 11 Plus revision course is structured to provide a varied schedule of work that ensures children will do as well as they are able to in the 11 Plus exam. It includes:

• Weekly 11Plus English practice papers
• Weekly 11Plus Maths practice papers
• Weekly 11Plus Verbal Reasoning practice papers
• Weekly 11 Plus Non-verbal reasoning practice papers ( if relevant)
• Revision sheets on the core Maths topics.
• Revision sheets on the core English topics.
• Further technique assistance with verbal reasoning.
• Exam technique tips and help.

 

It is the most complete 11 Plus revision that we have seen and has been proven to be a real help for children in the final run into the exam.

 

Who is the 11 Plus revision course suitable for?

While the 11 Plus revision course is suitable for any 11 Plus exam, it is most useful for those exams which test a number of different subject areas such as Maths and English and Verbal reasoning for instance. It can include Non-Verbal reasoning is necessary.

It can be used by pupils who have done little or no preparation work before but is not a substitute for the structured learning that needs to have happened for students to perform to their full ability.

 

If pupils have done little preparation work then the 11 Plus revision course will certainly help them perform much better in the exam, and if they are bright enough then it could help them to succeed.

 

If pupils have been preparing for the 11 Plus exam in a structured way then the course is a perfect final touch because it helps reinforce key skills and techniques and allows students to learn while getting more actual exam practice.

 

How much does the 11 Plus revision course cost?

The 11 Plus revision course costs £135.

The course comes in a file for convenience and will be delivered by first class post.

Because there is no point (time constraints) we do not carry out an assessment prior to sending the course. We are though on hand to answer and help with any questions parents might have which is something our families really value.
